  Demand matching

  Based on the drawings, samples, and parameters provided by the user, we determine the materials and precision, and develop structural designs, process routes, and mold solutions.

  Sample confirmation

  Produce samples, test their size, performance, and appearance, and send them to the user for confirmation. If there are any unsuitable parts, we can make free modifications until the user is satisfied.

  Inspection

  We conduct full quality inspection and random sampling on every product leaving the factory, including size inspection, performance testing, and appearance acceptance.

  Package

  We also communicate with users about the transportation method and pack the products according to the transportation method.
