Velcro & Seam Peel Strength Testing: Hook-and-loop closures undergo cycle testing (5,000+ opening/closing cycles), and arm strap attachment points are pull-tested up to 12 kg load.
Final Inspection: Completed batches undergo AQL 2.5 sampling for dimensional accuracy, zipper operation, and logo placement prior to packaging.
